At Meta Strength & Conditioning we believe in customer service first and foremost. Unfortunately, this is rare in the fitness industry. Whereas most gyms will lock you into a contract and hope you never come or cram you into a one-size-fits-all group class, we want make your fitness journey as unique as you.
First, what's your overall feeling about working out?
Like any new experience, our history plays a big role in our future success. Whether you’ve historically hated exercise or consider it a vital part of your daily schedule, our goal is for you to be comfortable and successful from day one.
Which best describes your work life?
The #1 reason we hear for people not working out is that they don’t have the time. Work will always find a way to creep into our schedule. For this reason, we’d like to create some strategies early on to make sure you’re still working toward your goals for the long haul.
Which best describes your workout routine over the last 5 years
We believe in building upon the positive, not pointing out the negative. We’ll borrow from what’s worked and try to avoid the things that have led to failure in the past.
How are you best motivated?
The secret to lasting change is relationships. Not a one-size-fits-all coaching approach. With our broad array of coaching styles and personalities, we’d like to make sure we match you up with someone that will help you reach your full potential.
Which best describes your Goals?
We have many programs and services for all life stages. Nutrition for weight loss, specialty courses for events, and functional training for… well, just feeling great!
How do you feel about learning more complex physical skills?
For some folks, learning new and complicated things is motivating. For others, it brings back bad memories of junior high gym class.
How do you feel about working out in groups?
Some people have a fear of being the oldest, youngest, most out-of-shape, etc. person in the room. Other folks thrive off the energy and friendly competitiveness of working out with peers. Both are OK! We have solutions for all types.
Do you have any injuries, tweaks or health conditions that require special considerations
We believe in safety first and foremost. In order to prioritize the safety of our members, we make sure that we address any existing issues prior to kicking off a new training routine. Take a moment to think back on any injuries or mishaps from the past.
